 We want you to love your saree! But sometimes, things don't go as planned. That's why we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. 

NOTE THE FOLLOWING POINTS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE 

• For all returns and exchange, make sure the product is in original condition and should be unused, unwashed, unaltered, untampered, unworn and in saleable condition with original tags, and packaging intact. 
• Original packaging and tags are mandatory for return. All products received will undergo a quality check at our end, before the refund is initiated. 
• If the product doesn’t pass the quality check and is found to have any of the above issues mentioned in point number 1, we will ship it back to you and your refund request will be declined. 
• Any custom and made to order sarees can not be exchanged or returned. 

• Any request for return or exchange should be placed within 24 hours of receiving your saree. Return or exchange request raised after 24 hours will be declined. 
• If your return request is accepted, we will issue you a credit note that will be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issuance. 
• The return will be picked up within 5-7 days after approval of your return or exchange request. 

• Any product purchased at a discounted rate or during the Sale period will not be eligible for return or exchange. 

• Jewellery, accessories, and other delicate items are non-returnable. 

• mrujaa Gift boxes once delivered, cannot be returned or exchanged.
• We do not accept any Return & Exchange for products purchased through our Gift vouchers, Gift Cards and E-Gift vouchers.  

Order Cancellations

• In case you would want to cancel the order placed on our website, please cancel before the product is shipped. 
• Shipping Charges applied are non-refundable once the order is processed and shipped. 

Return Policy 

1. In case you have received a damaged product from our end, send us an email at returns@mrujaa.in within 24 hours of receiving the product, with your order number. We will send you a replacement, once your original order is picked up from your location. Please note Shipping charges are non refundable and will be deducted from the total amount paid for the product.  
2. Credit notes are not encashable and valid for the next purchase site-wide. 
3. In case a pick up cannot be arranged for any region at your location, please ship the product back to our central hub. We will refund a maximum of 200 INR shipping cost to you as a credit note. 
4. We are sorry, we do not have any return or exchange policy for international customers, at present.
